New 1st Time Homebuyer Program just Launched

With home prices continuing to go up, the biggest hurdle for 1st time home-buyers is often down payment.

The problem with most low down payment mortgage programs is that most likely will have an income restriction. Meaning if you make too much money, you will not qualify.

However, that change at the end of August when the Guaranteed Rate started offering the 3% Down HomeOne program.
